Yes, we do ship worldwide. To see the shipping price, add the item to your cart and enter the destination country. Tracked shipping takes usually 4 - 7 working days for most destinations.

Exchanges or Returns are not possible. Each item is produced upon ordering and we do not keep stock. To ensure every customer receives a flawless new item, any item which is returned is disposed and recycled. Reshipments are not possible and a new order needs to be placed.

Check the status of your order through the shipping notification which was sent to you by email and contact the shipping provider directly for more information. Contact us on shop(@)iuliastration.com if you have not received the tracking link. Please note that is the customers responsability to monitor + track the order.
